Teodora Bordeanu co-teaches students in the Mahogany classroom. She came to Arbor in the Fall of 2002, and began her teaching career in 1986 and working in Montessori classrooms in North America in 1998. Teodora inspires her students to become lifelong learners and respectful, honest citizens.

Karen came to teach at Arbor Elementary in 1997. Karen says she focuses on each adolescent's needs and their unique contribution to the program. She acts as a guide in facilitating hands-on projects throughout the curriculum. The most rewarding part of being in a Montessori Junior High classroom is observing the adolescents develop passion for the world outside the classroom.
